Mature, elegant, proud, and even cold. Izumi's distant exterior is befitting of her status as the representative of the powerful Nase family, who oversees Spirit World Warrior/Ikaishi activity in Nagatsuki City and its surrounding areas.

DISTINGUISHING Looks: Beauty mark under her lip, on the left side. Bracelet and necklaces with either red or green gems (or both). Hair fringes occasionally over her right eye.
ABILITIESIKAISHI ABILITIES
- Glaciate Barriers: Izumi's main power is her ability to construct azure energy barriers with an ice-like property. She can use these erected barriers offensively and defensively, and have been shown to be strong enough to withstand a consecutive barrage of giant fireballs, with each fireball capable of destroying a small building. It can also be used to project images like a holographic screen, to illuminate a dark area, and make herself or objects invisible. Izumi's Glaciate Barriers are more advanced in that she can isolate somebody in a barrier and destroy the space that occupies within it (effectively destroying the person too), or even use it as a projectile by mentally throwing the barrier at a target. At very close range and when the target is non-resistant, she can even "sink" someones consciousness to put them in a catatonic state by locking their mind in a barrier.
- Expert Polearm Fighter: Izumi's weapon of choice is a double-ended naginata that could collapse into three parts linked together by a chain, like three-section staff with glaive blades on both ends. Izumi can spin the collapsed form of the naginata to attack multiple surrounding enemies at once, or throw it like a boomerang that returns to her hand. - Superhuman Condition: Passed down by blood, it's a common trait in Spirit World Warriors to possess superhuman combat prowess. She is seen to be able to "teleport" or vanish instantaneously from sight and reappear in another spot. Izumi can balance herself at the peak of a tree, slash multiple targets at once within seconds, and casually swing and throw her large polearm. She could react in time to create a barrier to block a specialized anti-Youmu bullet. Her physical strength and endurance is unknown, but definitely above normal human parameters.
HISTORY
Izumi's history didn't get much time in the spotlight, although there are glimpses to her past. With their parents long been absent, all the responsibility of being an overseeing Spirit World Warrior for the city and mentoring her siblings has fallen to Izumi. Hiromi has said Izumi didn't used to be cold and harsh as she is now, but she grew up having to be tough for everyone else. This affected Mitsuki who developed the same cold and frank attitude as Izumi. She have buried herself in her responsibilities since then, distancing herself from her siblings and friends.
